Welcome to phiTech Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


1. Services Offered

phiTech Digital LLC provides IT consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Diagnostic research and solution development
  • Hardware and electronics repair
  • Process optimization and employee training
  • Secure open-source software implementation
  • Point-of-sale solutions and management
  • third party negotiations on your behalf

All services are subject to availability and will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.


2. Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: We accept payment via; various credit cards through PayPal, PayPal, Venmo, cash, and check.

Fees: Services are billed at the agreed-upon rate, either hourly or project-based.

Payment Due: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees of 10% of purchase prices along with collections fees where required.


3. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds: Refunds are only available under specific conditions, e.g., if services are not delivered as agree.

Cancellation: Clients may cancel services with 48 hours’ notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.


4. Limitation of Liability

phiTech Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.


5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed during the course of our services, including but not limited to reports, software, and solutions, remains the property of phiTech Digital LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
Providing feedback and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project success.
Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the services.
Granting timely access to systems, hardware, or software as required.


8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Pittsburgh PA, in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. phiTech Digital LLC reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or other justifiable reasons.


12. Force Majeure

We are cannot be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

14. Entire Agreement
